TNT does what it says on the tin and really gets the bowel moving. This is perfect for those whose bowel is very sluggish as it helps to stimulate bowel motility. It can work well for those who have tried the lesser-strength Co-Ton and feel they need something a little stronger just to create a healthy bowel movement.

Ingredients Detailed

Agrimony is known for its astringent properties, which can help tone the digestive system and promote regular bowel movements. It may be useful for mild cases of constipation.

Alfalfa is a good source of dietary fibre, which aids in maintaining regular bowel movements by adding bulk to the stool. The fibre content can soften the stool and promote smoother elimination.

Cape Aloe also known as Aloe ferox, is a potent natural laxative. It contains compounds like anthraquinones that stimulate bowel movements and can be effective in relieving occasional constipation.

Cascara is another herb with natural laxative properties. It contains compounds called cascarosides that can help stimulate the bowels and encourage regular bowel movements. It's important to use this herb cautiously and under guidance as it can be quite potent.

Cayenne pepper can stimulate digestion by increasing blood flow to the digestive organs. While it may not be a direct remedy for constipation, it can support overall digestive health and potentially alleviate constipation indirectly.

Garlic has been traditionally used to support digestion. It can help improve overall gut health and may indirectly contribute to regular bowel movements by aiding in the breakdown of food.

Ginger is well-known for its digestive benefits. It can help relieve indigestion and bloating, which can sometimes be associated with constipation. Ginger may also have a mild laxative effect.

Senna is a potent natural laxative that contains compounds called sennosides. It is often used in herbal remedies and over-the-counter laxatives to relieve constipation. Senna should be used sparingly and under the guidance of a healthcare professional as it can be quite strong.

Wild yam may help with digestive discomfort and bloating, which can be associated with constipation. While it may not be a direct laxative, it can support overall digestive wellness.

Typically TNT is used for just a few weeks, before moving back down to Co-Ton, or alternating between Co-Ton and TNT.
