Regular price £2299

Swedish Bitters Tincture is a traditional herbal tonic that has been used for centuries to support various aspects of digestive health, including aiding digestion, promoting bile flow, and relieving symptoms such as gas and bloating.

Swedish Bitters can kickstart a sluggish digestion which can affect the whole system. Bitter herbs are stimulants to the autonomic nervous system, so will help to ‘move food’ along the digestive tract. They stimulate the ‘bitter’ taste buds that then initiate the production of saliva, stomach and pancreatic juices, as well as aiding in the release of bile into the duodenum.

Bitters improve bowel function and can be helpful in cases of diarrhoea or constipation.

They can be used to combat skin problems via improving detoxification from the liver and are also an excellent hangover ‘cure’.
