Serene Tonic Tincture - 200/300ml

5ml in a little water or juice, 1-3 x daily between meals.

Note: Not suitable for those with Coeliac Disease.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis): Known for its calming and mild sedative effects. It may help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and promote relaxation. Lemon balm is often used in teas or supplements for its anxiolytic properties.

Limeflower (Linden Flower): Traditionally used to alleviate anxiety and promote relaxation. It is thought to have mild sedative effects and may help with nervous tension.  

Passiflora (Passionflower): Known for its anxiolytic and sedative effects. It may help reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. Passionflower is believed to increase the levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain, which can have a calming effect.  

Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus): An adaptogen known for its stress-reducing properties. It may help the body adapt to stressors and enhance resilience. Siberian Ginseng is thought to support the adrenal glands, which play a role in the body's stress response.
