Intimate Balance Botanical Care Kit

The Intimate Balance Botanical Pessary Kit has been created to support a balanced intimate female environment, natural hygiene, freshness and intimate comfort.

The formula combines traditionally cleansing, soothing and nourishing herbs with protective botanical fats. It is designed to support the internal vaginal environment and may be particularly helpful where there is a tendency towards recurring imbalance, irritation or discomfort.

The kit contains everything needed to prepare 21 individual botanical pessaries for intimate care at home, including a 210 ml bottle of botanical oil, a reusable preparation mould, a storage bag and full instructions.

A pessary is a small, solid preparation that is inserted in a similar way to a tampon. Once inserted, it gradually melts and releases the botanical oils.

To prepare the pessaries, pour the botanical oil into the mould and place it in the freezer. Once completely set, remove the individual pessaries from the mould and transfer them to the storage bag. Keep them frozen until required.

Insert one frozen pessary before bed and use an overnight sanitary pad, as some leakage is expected. Repeat nightly for 21 consecutive nights. Depending on individual circumstances, the 21-night programme can be repeated monthly for two to three months.

Ingredients: Coconut oil, cacao butter and tallow infused with thyme, green tea, burdock, calendula, myrrh, lemon balm, neem, pau d’arco and marshmallow root.
