Dosage

1 capsule each day with food. Can be increase to 2 capsules three times a day. Use for a minimum of 3 months. A maintenance dose is 1 capsule daily.

Dandelion Root: Supports liver detoxification and helps reduce water retention, breast tenderness, and bloating often associated with PMS.    

Agnus Castus (Vitex agnus-castus): Helps balance oestrogen and progesterone by supporting pituitary gland function, easing PMS symptoms like irritability, breast pain, and irregular cycles.    

Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis): Known as the “female ginseng”, it helps regulate menstrual flow, improve circulation, and ease cramps and fatigue.    

Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus): A classic uterine antispasmodic that helps reduce menstrual cramps and muscular tension in the lower abdomen.    

Red Clover (Trifolium pratense): Contains phytoestrogens that help modulate hormone fluctuations and may ease hot flushes and cyclical mood swings.    

Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa): Calms nervous tension and supports hormone balance, especially helpful in easing period-related anxiety, mood dips, and cramps.    

Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus): Strengthens the adrenal response to stress and reduces fatigue, helping women feel more energised and resilient during their period.
