Calm & Fortify Capsules

A gentle herbal blend to support the nervous system and build resiliency

Regular price £2899

Calm & Fortify is a herbal blend for times when life feels 'relentless,' and your system needs calming rather than stimulating. This is not about switching anything off or forcing relaxation. It is about helping the body feel more resilient and better able to adapt.

The herbs in this formula work together to support the nervous system while also helping the body cope with physical and emotional stress.

Calm & Fortify is well-suited to men who feel stretched thin, emotionally reactive, mentally busy or physically tired, especially when stress has been present for a while rather than being a short-term blip. It can be taken during demanding periods, or as part of a longer-term approach to rebuilding resilience.

As with all herbal products, this formula is intended to support the body rather than override it. If you are unsure whether Calm & Fortify is right for you, or if you are taking medication such as SSRI's, personalised guidance is always recommended.

Take 1 capsule twice daily. The dose can be increased to 2 capsules twice daily if additional support is needed.

Ingredients Detailed:

Ashwagandha and Siberian ginseng are classic adaptogenic herbs, traditionally used to help the body respond more calmly to ongoing pressure and fatigue.

Alongside this, skullcap, vervain, valerian and passionflower support the nervous system. Perfect for when feeling overworked, wired or unable to fully switch into rest-mode. They are often chosen when tension sits in the body as much as the mind, or when evenings feel restless rather than restorative.

Liquorice plays a grounding and harmonising role within the blend, supporting overall vitality and helping the formula feel nourishing rather than depleting. Together, these herbs create a sense of fortification - steadying the nervous system while supporting energy reserves, rather than pushing them further.
