Ingredients: Eyebright, Nettle, Astragalus, Skullcap, Plantain, Elderflower

Usage
  • 1-2 tsp per cup of hot water, strain and drink 3 x day.
  • Drink 1 to 3 cups daily for calming relief.

Ingredients Detailed

Nettle: A wonderfully nutritious herb to help to strengthen the body’s natural resistance. Also naturally antihistamine to help in cases of allergy-induced mucous.  

Eyebright: Reduced catarrh and naturally antihistamine. Can help when there is frequent sneezing, watering eyes, nose and sinuses. 

Astragalus: Antibacterial and enhances the immune system. Useful as an antiviral, especially to combat the common cold.  

Skullcap: Known as the “head” herb. Good for when living too much in your own thoughts. Enhances production of endorphins, lifts depression, relieves nervous exhaustion, spasms and tiredness, nutrient rich for healthy nervous system, improves memory and concentration. Promotes sleep.  

Plantain: Clears heat and toxins, boosts immune system, anti-viral against herpes viruses and urinary tract infections. Mucilage soothes mucous membranes throughout the body. Antiseptic and antispasmodic so can help with coughs and sore throats too.  

Elderflower: Promotes perspiration and reduces inflammation - good for acute ailments. Anti-viral properties and shortens the severity and duration of flu symptoms. Works well as an upper-respiratory decongestant.
