Regular price £1999

A gentle herbal tincture to help children unwind at the end of the day.

Bedtime is rarely about tiredness alone. Parents tend to notice a pattern first: a child who cannot switch off, who is restless the moment the light goes out, who wakes repeatedly, or who complains of a tight tummy or chest when it is time to settle. Sometimes the day has simply been too big to put down.

Kids Sleep Relief was formulated for those evenings. It brings together herbs traditionally used to quieten a busy mind and ease the shift from the noise of the day into rest. It works gradually rather than knocking a child out, and it is designed to sit alongside a steady bedtime routine rather than replace one.

When parents tend to reach for it

  • A child who takes a long time to settle once they are in bed
  • Busy thoughts and questions that arrive the moment the light goes off
  • Repeated night waking
  • Restlessness, fidgeting or tension held in the tummy
  • The first weeks of a new term, when routine and sleep are both unsettled

If sleep difficulties persist, worsen, or come alongside other symptoms that concern you, please speak to your GP. Call the clinic on 01625 54 9000 if you would like to talk it through first.

About children's tinctures

Children's herbal tinctures are gentle liquid extracts prepared using a small amount of alcohol. The alcohol draws out the plant constituents that matter, including the aromatic oils, resins, alkaloids and flavonoids. Once diluted in water, milk or juice, the alcohol content becomes extremely low, usually less than that found naturally in ripe fruit, and is considered suitable for children at these doses.

Mix into milk, water or juice. If your child wants a little sweetness, add a touch of honey, agave or sugar, or put a small dab of honey on the back of their hand to lick after sipping. Honey is only suitable for children over one year old.
