This combination pairs PM Tonic, a traditional herbal blend, with Guna Progesterone, a low-dose homeopathic preparation. Both are presented as liquid preparations for daily use, as part of our women's range.

Guna Progesterone 

Guna Progesterone is a low-dose homeopathic preparation, taken as drops during the second half of the cycle.


Ingredients of the PM Tonic: Agnus Castus, Black Cohosh, Wild Yam, Blessed Thistle, Raspberry Leaf, Dandelion Root, Valerian, Uva Ursi, Partridgeberry, Ginger, Lobelia, Cayenne, Myrrh, Cramp Bark

Ingredients of Guna Progesterone (homeopathic): Homeopathic Progesterone (HPUS) D6, alcohol 30%

Further Information of the PM Tonic - 200 ml

200ml liquid tincture.

Dose: 5ml in water or juice three times a day, starting 10 days before a period and taken for the first 2–3 days.
