Ingredients: Red Clover, Nettle, Chickweed, Plantain, Chamomile, Rose, Lavender

Usage

Add boiling water to 1-2tsp of herbs and cover. Leave for 7-10 minutes, and enjoy the calming and soothing benefits of Skin-Ease Tea after any meal. The tea needs to be drunk consistently at 3-4 cups each day until symptoms subside. Useful for adults, children and the elderly and safe alongside medications.

  • Pregnant women can safely drink 2 cups each day, using 1 tsp per serving.
  • Children under 2 years old can have half a cup twice a day, using 1 tsp per serving.
