The Medicinal Mushrooms in this blend are nourishing and provide important compounds that act as food for the gut flora. They support the health and diversity of the microbiome and indirectly strengthen immune function, as much of the immune system is closely linked to gut health.

They support the balance and communication of the hormones via the hypothalamus- pituitary-adrenal axis (your energy!) and help to gently boost energy gut and immune health.

Used regularly, they give sustained support for energy levels, helping the body feel more resilient and less depleted rather than overstimulated.

Dosage

1 capsule 3 X daily with food. Dosage can be increased to 2 capsules three times a day as a therapeutic dose, for 2 weeks, then reduced to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules once a day.

Ingredients Detailed

Reishi: Activates beta/glucans white blood cells to fight infection and lower inflammation, supports regeneration of liver, neuroprotective for memory and brain. Mood enhancing, improves adrenal function and sleep quality. Enhances coronary circulation, normalises blood pressure. Excellent for chronic fatigue and during convalescence.  

Lions Mane: Support gut health especially the mucosal lining in leaky gut and irritable bowel disorders. Brainfood for neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia and improves memory, focus and concentration. Balances insulin sensitivity and supports cardiovascular health by reducing chronic inflammation.  

Maitake: Complex sugars known as polysaccharides and beta glucans stimulate immune response cells, speeds up tissue cell damage. Balances blood sugar, normalises blood pressure. Anti-inflammatory for GI tract.  

Shiitake: Strengthens immunity and gut flora, anti-inflammatory, antifungal against mould, yeast and fungi. Good for cholesterol as it makes the blood cells less sticky.  

Turkey Tail: Powerful immune booster. Clears damp (phlegm) from the body, increases energy, strengthens lungs, stomach and spleen.
