To help relieve the symptoms of menopause. The herbs are phyto-oestrogenic which can relieve hot flushes and palpitations. They help to boost progesterone which can calm anxiety, improve memory and resistance to stress. The blend supports the nervous system when feeling weepy and fearful. They do not contain hormones. This tincture tastes awful, but works wonders!

Ingredients: Vitex Agnus Castus, Black Cohosh, Wild Yam, Sage Leaf, Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle, Lobelia, Dong Quai, Hop Flowers, Damiana, Astragalus, Fennel Seed

5ml in 1/3rd glass of water 3 X Daily.

Agnus Castus: Helps regulate hormones by acting on the pituitary, increasing luteinising hormone and reducing raised FSH. Helps with menopausal symptoms such as flushes, night sweats and palpitations.  

Dandelion Root and Milk Thistle: Wonderful liver cleansers and digestive stimulants.  

Damiana: Restorative for the nervous system, good for when feeling sensitive to feelings, weepy and fearful. Helps with low libido due to inadequacy and fear, helps with nerve disorders such as anxiety, depression and sensitivity.  

Black Cohosh: Relieves spasm and is anti-inflammatory, eases muscular tension. Helps to combat flushes and menopausal symptoms.  

Wild Yam: Calms anxiety, lifts depression, combats tiredness, anti-inflammatory, regulates hormone levels, relieves tension and cramps, nourishing tonic, can help menopausal symptoms.
