This combination works internally and externally to lower the histamine response. This pleasant tasting blend helps in cases of itching eyes, running nose and hayfever- like symptoms. The herbs are naturally anti-histamine, soothing to the mucus membranes and supportive to the immune system.

Ingredients of Summertime Tincture: Eyebright, Goldenseal, Fennel, Raspberry, Mullein

Ingredients of Hayfever Tea: Eyebright, Nettle, Astragalus, Skullcap, Plantain, Elderflower, Red Clover

Further Information of the Summertime Tincture

A natural anti-inflammatory for the mucous membranes. Can help with chronic sneezing, watery catarrh, hayfever, sore throats, inflamed tonsils. It is also a natural antihistamine that helps to relieve the annoying symptoms of hayfever in the spring and summer months.

The tincture is used both as an eyewash to reduce itching and inflamed eyes, as well as an internal tincture to reduce the inflammatory response.

Dosage:   
60 drops (3 ml) in a little water or juice 3 X Daily

1 tsp per cup of hot water, strain and drink 3 x day.  Drink 1 to 3 cups daily from February through to September for calming relief. Can wipe the eyes with the cooled water
