Flow & Flush Tincture assits in the movement of fluids through the kidneys and lymphatic system, and supports the urinary tissues when there is irritation or sensitivity within the bladder.

It is particularly suitable for people who hold fluid when stressed, depleted or run down; or when experiencing puffiness around the face, ankles or fingers.

This tincture can be used as a short 2-week Kidney Cleanse or more long-term for sluggish kidneys and lymph.
