Reishi:  A longevity tonic which reduces stress and anxiety, improves adrenal function and sleep quality. Regulates blood sugar and beta-glucans enhances immunity and T-cell activity. Antibacterial and antifungal. Antihistamine action helps with allergic asthma. Improves heart circulation and increases oxygen in blood.

Vervain: Nerve tonic which calms irritability and anxiety, lifts depression and supports body during stress. Also a bitter so enhances digestion and absorption. Stimulates the liver and relieves headaches.

Passionflower: An excellent relaxant which nourishes the nerves. Calms nervous anxiety, restlessness and agitation. Also soothes headache pain. Antispasmodic so relieves irritating and nervous coughs and indigestion.

Rosemary: Excellent brain tonic, improves memory and concentration. Calms anxiety and lifts depression, relieves exhaustion and insomnia. Volatile oils are antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral.
