Ingredients of Pre Birth - Birthing Tea: Raspberry, Nettle, Alfalfa, Yarrow, Lavender, Rose petals.

Ingredients of Post Birth - Uterine Tea: Yarrow, Motherwort, Lady’s Mantle, Passionflower, Nettle, Oat straw, Red clover, Alfalfa, Black cohosh, Rose petals, Lavender.

Ingredients of Milk Flow Tincture: Fennel, Agnus castus, Goat’s rue.

Further Information of the Pre Birth - Birthing Tea

Encourages uterine contractions to bring on the birth
Use during the last two weeks before the expected date of delivery.

Usage: 2 tsp to a pot of boiling water. Infuse for 5/10 mins.
Keep the same pot on the go and just keep adding fresh herbs & water.
Pour through a tea strainer before serving.
Drink 3-4 cups daily in the last two weeks.

Further Information of the Post Birth - Uterine Tea

Encourages the Uterus to return to normal.

Usage: 1 tsp to one cup of boiling water
Infuse for 10 mins. Strain. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
Drink for a month after giving birth.

Further Information of the Milk Flow Tincture

Encourages the production of breast milk.

Dose:
60 drops in a little water 2 x Daily at any time
