HOW TO USE

Age-specific amounts
6 months–1 year: 5 drops; 1–3 years: 10 drops; 3–6 years: 15 drops; 6–12 years: 20 drops; 12–14 years: 30 drops.
Preparation and frequency
6 months–1 year: in milk, 2–3 times daily. Ages 1–9: in water or juice, twice daily. Ages 9–14: in water or juice, three times daily.
Course
Complete the bottle and repeat if necessary 90 days later. The alternative moon-cycle course is used in the product directions below.

Suitable from 6 months old6 months – 1 year – 5 drops, 2 or 3 X Day (in Milk Feed)1 – 3 years – 10 drops, 2 x a Day in water or juice.3 – 6 years – 15 drops, 2 x a Day in water or juice.6 – 9 years – 20 drops, 2 x a Day in water or juice.9 – 12 years – 20 drops, 3 x a Day in water or juice.12 – 14 years – 30 drops, 3 x a Day in water or juice. There are two ways of taking the tincture. Either complete the bottle and repeat if necessary, 90 days later. Alternatively, you can do Lunar Cleansing, which is useful in cases of threadworm. Eggs are laid during the full moon, so it is a good opportunity to clear them. Take at the required dose for a total of 5 days, starting 2 days before, the day of and 2 days after BOTH the new and full moon.
Children’s herbal tinctures are gentle liquid herbal extracts that have been prepared using a small amount of alcohol. The alcohol helps to draw out the important plant constituents that create the therapeutic effect, such as the aromatic oils, resins, alkaloids and flavonoids. Once diluted in water, milk or juice, the alcohol content becomes extremely low, usually less than the alcohol naturally found in ripe fruit or everyday foods, and is considered safe for children at these doses. Each tincture can be mixed into milk, water or juice. If your child prefers a little extra sweetness, you can add a touch of honey, agave syrup or sugar, or simply place a small dab of honey on the back of the hand for them to lick after sipping their herbal mixture. Honey should only be used for children over 1 year of age. Below is the dosage guide for children of different ages.
