The lymphatic system is often the quiet worker in the background. It does not have a pump like the heart, yet it is responsible for drainage, immune communication and the movement of cellular waste away from tissues. When lymph becomes sluggish, the body tends to whisper rather than shout...

Swollen glands, puffiness around the ankles or wrists, a sense of fluid retention, recurrent infections, tender cystic areas, skin eruptions or a feeling of heaviness can all suggest that lymphatic flow needs support.

This formula has been designed to gently stimulate, clear and move.  The thoughtful combination of herbs creates a synergistic blend that supports lymphatic drainage, immune resilience and tissue clarity. It may be considered when there is swelling in the ankles, wrists or abdomen, tender or enlarged lymph nodes, recurrent throat or glandular issues, cystic tendencies or a general feeling of stagnation within the system.

As with all herbal support, this formula is designed to work alongside appropriate hydration, movement and a supportive diet, as the lymphatic system responds particularly well to physical motion and adequate fluid intake.

Cleavers is traditionally used as a lymphatic mover.
It supports drainage and encourages the smooth flow of lymph through congested tissues. It is often considered when there are swollen glands, fluid retention or a sense of stagnation.

Yarrow and Marigold (Calendula) work as circulatory and lymphatic supporters. Yarrow has a long history of assisting
peripheral circulation and tissue tone, while Marigold is valued for its affinity with the lymph and skin, particularly where there is irritation, sluggish healing or inflammatory skin presentations.

Heartsease is traditionally used where lymphatic congestion shows itself through the skin. It supports the body’s natural
elimination pathways and is often considered in cases of reactive or inflamed skin.

Burdock is known as a blood and lymph purifier in traditional herbal practice. It supports elimination and is frequently chosen
when deeper tissue congestion or recurrent inflammatory patterns are present.

Blue flag has historically been used to stimulate
sluggish glandular and lymphatic systems, particularly where there is a sense of thickened or congested tissues.

Poke root, used carefully and traditionally in small
amounts, has a strong affinity for the lymphatic glands. It is considered when there are swollen nodes, cystic areas or marked lymphatic stagnation.
