Use as a Herbal Drink
1-2 teaspoons in boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain before drinking. Drink 2-3 cups a day.

For Enema Use
Add one tablespoon of the compound to 500ml of boiling water. Infuse for 10-15 minutes, strain and cool.

Use with an enema bag or bucket and hold the liquid rectally for 10-15 minutes.
