Usage - For best results use with Enema Kit

Add 2 tsp of the Douche to 500ml of boiling water and infuse overnight. Strain in the morning and warm up with a little boiling water. Follow the provided instructions for using the Enema bag with vaginal douche attachment (not included - see details of Enema Kit).
