Description

This Tea is packed with natural anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties to help boost your immune system. As a hot tea it can also act as a diaphoretic to promote sweating and reduce fevers, including aching joints when ill.

It can also soothe the gut, is calming and has a very good anti-catarrhal action to help clear sinuses and respiratory infections. It also aids elimination of toxins via the kidneys and bladder.

Usage- Take 1-2 teaspoons of ImmuniTea and add to a teapot or cup.

Add boiling water and steep for about 7-15 minutes.

Strain the tea and add honey if preferred.

Enjoy 2-3 cups per day.

For children, use 1 teaspoon per cup and once made, drink 1/2 cup twice a day

Our herbal blend is specifically for immune system support and respiratory health and is a tasty and effective way to harness nature’s medicine cabinet.  Each of the following herbs provides unique properties that can work synergistically to boost your immune system and alleviate respiratory issues.

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): Known for its immune-boosting properties due to its rich content of antioxidants. It is anti-inflammatory, soothes respiratory discomfort and helps to thin-down and expectorate mucous.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita): Peppermint’s menthol content opens up airways and eases breathing, but it may also interfere with homeopathic remedies, so ensure the tea is taken AWAY from remedies.

Elderflower (Sambucus nigra): Regulates the immune system’s response to pathogens. It is anti-inflammatory and has a diaphoretic effect, which induces sweating, which can help lower a fever. This is particularly useful during the early stages of a fever or when someone is feeling overheated.

Plantain (Plantago major): Has a long history of use for coughs and colds. Its high vitamin C content supports the immune system and the rich mucilage soothes and irritated throat.

Sage (Salvia officinalis): It has antimicrobial properties that can help fight respiratory infections. It is another herb which promotes the release of toxins and helps to equalise body temperature during a fever.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): Rosemary’s aroma can help clear congestion and support easy breathing. It gently stimulates immune function.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): Thyme is well-known for its effectiveness in soothing coughs and chest congestion. It contains thymol, which has antimicrobial and immune-boosting properties.
