INGREDIENTS:

Eyebright, Nettle, Astragalus, Skullcap, Plantain, Elderflower, Red Clover

Eyebright has been traditionally used to alleviate eye-related symptoms due to its anti-inflammatory properties. It can help to reduce watery, itchy eyes and the natural tannins act as an astringent to reduce mucus secretions.

Nettle is a natural antihistamine and can help alleviate the hayfever symptoms of sneezing, nasal congestion, and itching.

Astragalus strengthens the immune system, through its key compounds polysaccharides, flavonoids, and saponins, that enhance the body's immune response.

Skullcap has gentle sedative properties, which may relax the over-active nervous system.

Plantain soothes the mucous membranes in the nasal passages and alleviates coughing, which is often common with hayfever. Again, this is due to the rich polysaccharides that also gently regulate the immune response.

Elderflower is known for its ability to reduce nasal congestion by decreasing mucus production and inflammation in the nasal passages.

Red Clover contains anti-inflammatory isoflavones, which alleviate coughs and bronchial conditions.
