Usage

1 teaspoon in small amount of water to make a paste, leave for 10mins then add to boiling water Children 20 drops 3-5 times daily (under 10's) Suitable for children.

Hyssop: helps to loosen dry, hard mucous and allows for perspiration to help to ‘sweat out’ a cold.

Irish moss:  helps to reduce spasmodic coughing and provides a soothing layer to irritated tissues. 

Liquorice:  rich in mucilage to aid dry coughs, hoarseness and all types of respiratory infection.  

Plantain: a natural antihistamine to reduce coughing in response to allergies. Brings up mucous and soothes irritated tissues.
